What do dreams mean?

Why do people dream vivid, memorable dreams at some periods of their life, and hardly any at others? Is it physiological, emotional, psychological? Is it because of deeper or lighter sleep?

2. I've always had vivid dreams and have been interested in

dreams (my own and others). If you haven't read this book, please try to find it. It's Dream Power by Ann Faraday.

more than others? Got to be a reason, whether it's better or worse health, better or worse sleep patterns, stronger or weaker emotional state, whatever.
