HELP! Anyone here know of some training sites?

I was recently made a partner at a firm that has only one other partner. Our company is growing so fast, we can't keep up and have to start hiring and training managers. I need some tips on how to train better.

Does anyone have any websites they want to recommend on this topic? I am sure that I must be doing something wrong because my latest manager trainee just fucked up an account so bad that I am amazed that it could be done at all. I am sure that some will say that she is probably an idiot, but I believe that if you have a problem, you are always a part of that problem. I must be doing something wrong.
