1. I caught the kid's cold.

Her's turned into an ear infection.
So far, mine's turned into coughing and sneezing. Protesting the president in the rain last night didn't help.

Meg had two ear infections over the winter. That was no fun for anyone.

Also there is a thing called vasomotor rhinitis - it's not an allergy - but it mimics allergy symptoms - the treatment is different, though.

For some lucky ones of us we have both allergies & VR - if one doesn't get you, the other does. Or one triggers the other. :(

children's benedryl... the liquid. It works really quickly

most antihistamines tend to do that to me. If the kids benadryl is weak enough I might give it a shot though.
