But now and then I wake up, stretch, and turn over to the other side... I never sleep on my stomach.....and rarely on my back........ :hi:

If I sleep on my back my nose gets stuffy, and if I sleep on my stomach my back hurts.

It's better for people with Acid Reflux (me). Don't ask me why, something with the flow of stomach acid going down,down. I wake up on my back.

I fall asleep on my right side, and during the night, turn oer to my left. Had to sleep on my back for a couple of weeks after some surgery, and it was hell.
