Are there any Radio Userland users around?

I am having real problems with the application and are in desperate need of help. However, even though I have posted in the RU forums, discussion list, and sent off an email to someone at RU, as well as customer service, I am yet to receive an answer to my problem.

I am using the trial software and am refusing to buy a years subscription until this problem is sorted out.

In short, I have been locked out of my blog. It was telling me after only 11 days of use, that my 30 day trial has finished and I need to purchase a subscription in order to continue.

This problem has been going on now for the past two weeks, and I am unable to get any kind of response.

If no one uses RU, then does someone know of a good blogging application, apart from Moveable Type, Greymatter, and PMachine?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
