Update on haruka3_2000's court case

They are done for the day but the charges are not resolved yet. They're negotiating a plea or some-such and may have to go again.

Jackie's done for the day and in training to be an even better trouble-maker (Yea!) so she will have limited access to the internet until next week.

Hey Swag: So are we forming a Haruka3_200 fan club? Activists really need fan clubs. :P

5. Hey Fan Club members!

I'm just stopping in since I'm at the library checking out a documentary for my training.

So, I got my copy of the Homosexual Agenda today. It's neatly contained in a tasteful purple folder.

Yes, so if they plea the charges down to a non-criminal offense from the federal misdemeanor it is now, I probably will not have to go back to court. If the charge is not reduced, I'll be going to court again on July 25th for sentencing. Basically, I spent a lot of time doing nothing yesterday in a court room.

However, I'm probably officially on the NSA watch list now, as I had to fill out federal prisoner forms and I was fingerprinted for the first time. I also got my mug shot taken (I didn't have hat hair this time) by a really hot Federal Marshall. She could cuff me anytime. :evilgrin:

Oh and I'm probably going to be interviewed(along with several others) by a Pulitizer Prize winning author (whose name I forgot) for a piece in some Philly paper (name I also forgot).
