I had a dizzy spell while driving during my lunch break last night >>
Last night I was driving back to my job while on my lunch break when all of a sudden, everything around me was fuzzy , everything was shaky and I just felt like I was floating - it felt like an out of body experience (as if I just woke up) to the point that I just screamed slightly. There were two cars behind me and I was praying to God that I did not do anything to harm them or myself. Thank goodness that I did not have the dizzy spell while I was out on busy road... its just a weird feeling. And I still feel woozy. This has never happened to me before. I felt almost like I did'nt know where I was and felt as if I was not even behind the weird. This was so weird. I think someone slipped something in my food because my medicine never made me feel like this and I have been taking it regulary. I am a good mood but natural highs should'nt make me feel woozy. I hope that I feel better today.

(Yes this is true and I am not tripping.)

1. Do you remember any other symptoms?
Like rapid heartbeat, etc.?

Sounds to me like it might've — might've been a panic attack.

6. No I have had panic attacks many times before...

2. Did you eat something out of the ordinary?
Or were you concentrating real hard at the driving?

Sometimes I have kind of a dizzy spell when I look too long and concentrated on my computer screen. My eyes are protesting then.

4. Sounds like it. Either that or low blood pressure
When you're driving is probably the worst possible time for it to happen, too. :scared:

8. Was this before or after food?
Before sounds like hypoglycemia, after food could have been some sort of reaction to something you ate.
