10. Geyser Peak is very excellent sauvignon blanc.
It's very good here in NYC as well. 2004, right?

12. Yes, is good. I had some Sauv Blanc a few weeks ago. Halleck.
Was excellent.

And have since been trying to duplicate the experience since, but alas I just can't talk myself into spending more than 10 a bottle. (The Halleck is much more).

14. Thanks. My mom has been sick so I've been hibernating.
She's got cancer of the larynx -- will be fine (as long as she actually stops smoking). But they initally diagnosed as lung cancer (not that) so for a while we were all a mess. She's in TX (I'm NOT), so it's hard. . .but she's getting world class treatment at MD Anderson (after we and her physician had to forcfully intervene with Aetna).

Good to be back.

This week's offering is a nice Sonoma Pinot Noir. $55 for 4 bottles, shipped to your door.

15. I have many winery clients. You want really good wine at good prices
I might be able to get you the good democrat discount.

(which is my industry discount, plus shipping).

Or if you are into volume -- I buy you a case and you give me a bottle for the effort.

;-)

17. Well, thanks! I assume you are talking California wines only?
If you can give me an idea of some of the wineries you are talking about, I can try some here and then place an order with you.
