9 1/2 hours on the road in the pouring rain
Boston to DC, damn that was a long drive home. I don't mind the driving but it poured for at least half the time and was a mild rain to drizzle the rest of the way.

1. I did four DAYS once- on a MOTORCYCLE.
Worst damned "vacation" I ever took. You know how much a drop of rain hurts at 60mph? Quite a lot, actually, even through leathers!

2. Driving in the rain is torture!
People with bad wiper blades slowing down to a crawl. People staying in the passing lane when they should be yielding to faster traffic. Idiots that run in the rain with no lights.
I just did a 10 hour run up to Michigan and then back again this weekend. (wedding) I could tell you some stories!
