1. How far do you run?
I'm a runner. Atleast, I hope I will return. Have a knee (meniscus)problem from a run back in December. I think I need surgery, but I cant bring myself to look at it. I had surgery on other knee in 92.

I miss it. It is the best therapy.

I ran about 8.5 miles...I had intended to run 14-15 miles, but my knee started killing me around mile 6. It didn't get any better so I figured I better not push it. This really surprised me because I just took 5 days off while I visited my parents.

I hope I don't end up with your knee problem. I feel for you. Running is great therapy. I am training for a marathon in September, and there is nothing like a long run on a nice day on an empty road in the Appalachian Mountains.
