God DAMN, that hurts!
Did you ever open your car door and because you weren't paying attention, you started to get into the car before the door was all the way open, so the top-rear sharp corner of the door smacked REALLY HARD into your left arm, just above the upper end of your biceps where there's no padding and it hurts so bad that the pain and the shock make you incapable (like when you get hit on the nose with a basketball or kicked in the nuts or whatever the female equivalent of a shot to the yockers is) of doing anything except sitting on the ground and fighting the urge to vomit?

I need to pay more attention to what I'm doing.

1. No, but I took a hit to the hip and right below the ribcage when I was
opening the car door. I was it got me to double over, not to mention numb down my right side. Made a nice little cut too.

2. Yeeeeowtch!
You and I both need to stay way from sharp edges. Don't know about you, but I definitely should not be let outdoors unless supervised.

6. You were lucky. One of my cousins almost lost a thumb that way.
I was there. To this day I yell at family members if they put their fingers anywhere near a door frame, house or car.

4. Hell no, that hasn't happened to me!
But I'm sorry it happened to you. Maybe you can take a picture of the tremendous bruise you're gonna have, and post here for all to see. Hmmm?

9. Just don't be in a big damn hurry to get into your car. Not that I was
in a hurry (why would I care about getting anywhere on time?); I just didn't pay attention. as usual.
