My cat swam today!
Pictures coming tommorow. My stepdad has them on his digital camera. It was hilarious. Cuddles is an amazingly good swimmer. A couple laps across the pool. Here's a poolside pic of him for now. He's had a haircut since then though.

1. Is he a snowshoe?
Who cut his hair and how?

3. He's a Ragdoll.
He goes to the groomer for a shave and bath every few months. He doesn't mind it.

It sounds like he likes water a lot. I've never had a cat that liked water other than to drink.

5. He actually likes the water.
If given a chance, he'll gladly hop in the shower or bathtub with one of us. So we were in the pool and he was sitting by the pool. So we brought him in with us. He wasn't thrown in. He was carried into the pool. He wasn't freaked out by the pool at all. The other cats were freaked out by it, but he was cool with it. He actually swam back and forth between humans a few times then when he seemed to want to get out, we helped him out.

9. He had three humans in the pool with him.
He actually loves the water. Although, an 18lb cat crashing through the shower curtain to take a bath with you can give you a heart attack, if you're starting to doze off.

13. He doesn't think he's a cat.
He was raised by a crazy German Shepherd. He was fully convinced that this dog was his mother. Cheyenne was very maternal though.
