Happy Father's Day to you single moms!
My son's dad abandoned him when he was 2. When we could find him, we were able to get child support subtracted from his wages (when he worked).

I think anyone who raises a child volunteers for the toughest job on the planet, when they do it alone, it's nothing short of a miracle.

So to all you single moms out there, who had to be both mom and dad--here's to you!

Cheers to single moms and dads! Parenting is tough enough in a two-parent home. :toast:

6. Recommended! I know it doesn't count
but then, I don't think my vote did either.

Big love for the moms doing the job of both parents, or even 1.5 of the parents. I couldn't agree with you more.

9. Salut!!! I have the utmost respect for single Moms.
Being a single Dad I know how difficult it is to keep things together and still be loving and nurturing.
You Ladies ROCK!:yourock:

12. You single dads rock too.
I can't even fathom it. I'd be (even more of) a blithering idiot at the end of every day.

Happy Father's Day.

13. That's a very hard job to do as well
I think there's a bit more social acceptance of single mothers than single fathers. Certainly that was the case when I was growing up.

Happy Fathers Day to you! :yourock:
