So what are you going to do today?
I'm going to watch "Mommie Dearest", "Hairspray", and then go out for the rest of the day and hopefully feel better about things.

4. What do you get a 35 yo who already has everything?
Something he doesn't realize he hasn't got.

A parallel: People think I am hard to shop for, but given how often I lament on my singular status, all one need do is call up any of the 500 Escort services out there. (of course, this isn't to suggest he is eternally single...)

Therefore this bloke of yours who you think has got everything has not got something. It's a matter of fathoming what it is and compensating his lack of it.

11. I love Hairspray
i love john waters films. I don't know what i'm going to do today. I haven't worked since march. Everyday I get lazier. I had a CT/mylogram for my lumbar-sacral spine last monday. i go for a surgical consult this monday with the neurologist. My effing back stated hurting last june about 6 months after my cervical cage was put in. I took 2 spinal nerve root blocks that didn't help. My left leg aches all the time. Don't you have similar stuff going on with you? I have turned into the world biggest whiner.

13. Well, my dear Hypno.....
Most of the things I set for myself are done already..

I went out and did my grocery shopping! :woohoo:

Now that's all put away, and I'm here.....

It's pretty hot and muggy for us today.....

So I'm inclined to lie around with the A/C on, and relax!

Pretty ambitious, huh?

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

....earlier earning my keep all by myself before it got too hot. Tonight we'll probably curl up with the dogs and watch old movies we've already seen a hundred times.

18. I've been into London today.
Which was delightful - now I've managed to get myself pleasantly unsober (which is a very different thing to drunk, one hastens to add)...thus I'm going to do very little else for the rest of the day - though I do have a book on the Wars of the Roses which I want to read at least in part, also I need to make my suit vaguely presentable for Mass tomorrow morning (it's linen, hence the necessity of a fight before it looks even semi-decent).

Try not to get sunburned, and later go to dinner, see a rock and/or roll show, drink more beer. So far, so good.

31. Because my day is going to be so exciting, I just have to share it!
In a bit I will do laundry, thaw dinner stuff, pick the kids up from school, supervise some house maintenance, wash dishes, take a nap, make dinner, then hopefully go to the fabric market for cloth for some new clothes. Tonight I will call my dad and say happy father's day, then I will discuss with my mom what kind of presents everyone wants when I come home this summer.

Wild, wild stuff.
