3. I think those are balloons, for convenient heroin packaging
You can also swallow them relatively safely if you are holding a bunch and get stopped by the cops...relatively in that there's somewhat less of a chance the balloons will break and spill a massive, fatal overdose of heroin into your system than if you were to swallow, say, a bunch of little zip-lock baggies....

6. sort of, except I don't think your average street dealer
is going to have all that much stuff on them. If I remember right, didn't those girls have to swallow like 50 packets each?
