18. We *always* get the extended warranty with major appliances.
It's saved us a ton of $$ on our washer which we'll get rid of the next time a simple part leaves us high and dry. :donut: :donut:

17. If it were me, I'd do whatever feeds me the best, so to speak.
Of the things that I wouldn't normally do while she's around. I have the same issue with my music. My wife and I have different tastes so, I play my heart out while she's at work so she can have silence or I go upstairs to our secondary system when she's here.

The possibilities are infinite, my friend.

19. My healthy breakfast drink and a cup of coffee.
15 grams of fiber, half the rda for adults. In a blender put one cup of rolled oats, two tablespoons of wheat bran and a cup and a half of apple juice. Organic if possible. Blend until smooth, between 30 secs and a minute. It'll never get completely smooth. Then, add a half cup of soy milk, one clove of garlic, some fruit, a splash of flax seed oil, a heaping tablespoon of nut butter and five olives ( f.o. = one gram of fiber). Blend about 1- secs. Sit back and enjoy. Mmm, healthy breakfast drink. I feel better than Homer Simpson.

Thanks for asking. :hi:

21. That sounds very healthy!
:) I had a very high-fiber organic cereal with fresh strawberries and milk, and I had about 14g of fiber in that breakfast. I like your recipe, though, and will have to try it! :hi:

22. I suspect you'll be very happy.
The key to this, for me, is to use organic ingredients whenever possible. And, one thing I found out through trial and error: if you put your milk, nut butter and oil in with the first blend, they'll turn to sludge and the drink is then unpleasant hence the second blend.

I'd be pleased to hear your reactions. :donut: :donut:
