I am in one of those moods. Everything is getting on my nerves and I have already wanted to rip two coworkers heads off.

I am SO glad that after 7 PM I am the only one here.

13. Get some sleep

Been there. Trouble is, once I'm in a dark mood I loose my critical faculties and fail to realize that I'm in "the dark place". I usually do a lot of relationship damage before I clue in.

Once I figure it out, I go on a forced sleeping binge and come out of my mood.
