Are there any online pix editors? (Edit for size)
I often have to hold the hands of gearheads and talk them through how to host and post their own pix with Photobucket. It's as if these people don't have any 14 year olds at home. Anyway, pix size is a constant issue. Open a forum post and fine some yay-hoo has posted some 1600X1200 pix of some gadget, it's a PITA.

Anyway, I recall that there are some host sites or services that allow online pix editing for size. Can anyone provide links?
