Let's up the ante - Jean Langlais, played the organ (i.e., 5 different keyboards plus another for pedals) chose the registration; yet he was blind from birth.

Or perhaps Louis Vierne, also blind, and who died whilst playing at Notre Dame in Paris.

Skills - probably Tournemire, with Vierne a close second.
