What's a good body acne treatment?

I wanna get rid of the acne my back and my chest. It's not that bad but its not flawless either. I bought some scrub but i think its making it worse by irritating my skin. Any suggestions?

1. Everything I ever read about acne says not to use a real soap

I tried everything else, including some nasty prescription stuff. Plain ol' castile soap like Kirk's or Dr Bronner's works really well for me, as I have very oily skin and that drying effect does help me.

2. If you have oily skin

washing a couple of times a day should help. If it doesn't try some of the regular acne treatments.

If your older (like late 20's) and don't have oily skin, it maybe a good idea to see the doctor to make sure you have acne and not something else.
