People kept trying to pet it and poke at it, since it was just where people entered the water to snorkel. I kept having to scream at them to get away from it. I felt like the turtle police!

I am the animal police as soon as I see dumbnuts hassling or
bothering animals.
I always phrase it " How would you like it , if someone did ____( whatever dumb thing they're doing)
to you?

16. Thanks. Turtles seem to follow my husband every time we

are in Hawaii (we've been over 14 times!). A woman who studied Hawaiian culture once told my husband the Honu is his guiding spirit...I thought that was nice.
