4. Okay it's not the same dog.
My one friend rescued a 19year old Chinese Crested with a fucked-up jaw like that. The dog also would wear clothes and diapers for a preemie baby. He really looks exactly the same as that dog, except his owner's name is Kristi and the dog lives in NJ.
