36. You could age yourself more with a move to Venus.
Since a Venetian year is 225 earth days, 42 is therefore a little over 68 venetian years.
Want a larger number? Move to Mercury. Makes you at least 174 Mercurian years old.
Want the smallest number? Move to Pluto - then no-one reaches a Plutonian year because we don't live that long (248 Earth years).

Anyway just some useless trivia...

Mark.

what demographic group do you consider yourself to be more a part of, as far as how you think...?

are you: a baby boomer?, a GenXer?, Generation Jones?, something else?

i'm closest in my own mind to being more in Gen-X, than anything.

90. Thanks for posting that, QuestionAll...
I guess I'm a "Generation Jones." I never identified with the whole boomer "hippie" thing, and was totally primed for Punk. I thought that was just because, as a native Detroiter, I had a head start because I was hearing Iggy and the Stooges on local radio when I was in middle school (WABX, for any old Detroiters out there!)

Also, as a Feminist, the whole boomer "free love" hippie thing looked pretty questionable.

So....why "Jones?"

70. You're only young once....
but you can be immature forever...:)

I have a fifteen year old (although he is not as mature as you, dear Ava) and I'm fifty. Kinda like Molly Shannon's character, "I can KICK, I can DANCE, and I'm FIFTY!!!!"

I'm the only fifty year old who wears Converse All-Stars in my neighborhood. My thirteen year old daughter says I'm younger than the "other moms" (although mostly I'm not) which is good, since I hope to still have a life once my children are grown.

95. Uhhh ....
We have the Euro these days (since 2002 in case you haven't heard) and there is no Deutsche Mark anymore. And secondly, let me show you how much the Euro is worth compared to the Dollar:
1 US Dollar = 0.77809 Euro
1 Euro = 1.28520 US Dollar

Now tell me which currency is worthless? :P

to the Reagan era Gen Xers. The vast majority of Gen Xers in my neighborhood are anti-union, anti-tax, golf-playing, Bush votin' Rethuglicans (or Libertarians).

And they spray their lawns with poison, despite having young kids and pets. So, much for having grown up with "Earth Day."
