Oh yes... and business minutes refers to the amount of time it takes an incompetent telephone customer service representative to solve your problem... and to put you on hold for 1-2 business minutes (while they go to the bathroom, have a swig of coke, or just putting you on hold while they look clueless at the computer screen).
