My rice turned out...uhhh kinda soggy? Can I save it or is it too late?

1. Let it stand while hot with the lid off
This will take some of the moisture out, but sadly the consistancy of the rice won't be the same.

3. Cook it at a low temp with the lid off
Stir and fluff it often and keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. It's fixable if you cook off the excess liquid.

4. I'm afraid it's unsavable.
I like to buy Texmati rice (Indian long-grain basmati rice grown in Texas). It's a little bit more expensive, but if you just follow the cooking directions on the package you get nice fluffy rice everytime. Give it a try!
