My disease dictates my schedule of life these days and being accidental doesn't help....don't worry I won't let it get the best of me. Notes from friends have helped alot. Buddhamama happened to give me a uplifting one this morning and I wanted to express my appreciation. Like I do with alot of my friends here, I do appreciate all of you that has been a good friend to me.
