I totally expected this, after I read recently that it had poor ratings on its return, on Thursdays.

ABC dropped the ball if you ask me.

When the show first came on the air, it had a good time slot and they were promoting the hell out of it.

Ratings were great. Reviews were good. Genna wins a Golden Globe.

3. Geena Davis was on the "Ellen" show yesterday.

She said that ABC hadn't made a decision as of that point. She was urging people to write to ABC.

Too bad. I liked it, also. :-(

9. Well, they've definitely yanked the last few episodes

One article said "the chances of returning for a second season are almost nil". i.e., unless there's a big jump in this week's numbers, forget it.

Don't mean to rain on your parade, but I don't think letter-writing or phone calls work anymore. Back in the 60's maybe, but nowadays network execs are slaves to the ratings numbers.

Sorry...another good show killed by the suits :cry:
