6. my kid is too young to be subjected to this
and for some reason, despite my explaining it to him repeatedly, despite the fact that i work part time from home and he sees me doing shit on spreadsheets....he thinks i make music for a living. :)

4. I'm not sure of the whole thing.
Most places the kids end up with the day off from school, and play computer games in the office. That to me is worthless. My daughter has seen my office when I'm at work, and there's not much to it. (How exciting is working on an excel spreadsheet or writing meeting minutes?)

On the other hand, one firm I worked for (a large financial firm) had classes for the kids, teaching them about the stock market and how it works. At least they had something interesting for the kids.
