3. Though I'm partial to rap/hip hop
Under Pressure by Queen.

Under Pressure is great because it's a nice song, has a good meaning behind the lyrics (like giving everyone another chance at redemption, giving into love instead of giving into hate, etc.) Plus anytime you mix the two best singing voices ever (Freddie Mercury could do whatever kind of singing he wanted, and Bowie is just amazing) you've got a great song.

Till I Collapse by Eminem is also damn good because it's not like his slim shady single type stuff.

4. Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen...
I was 16 and an exchange student in Berlin and got to go see Queen live with my host brother and his friends. One of the best summers of my life (not because of the concert, but in general)and that song always takes me back there...

6. I have dozens of favorites
but only a few that evoke specific memories, like Don't Fear the Reaper. This guy I thought was hot offered to pick me up after school and give me a ride home, and I only figured out what he wanted when we were parked in a field, smoking a joint. Don't Fear the Reaper was on the radio. Suddenly he didn't seem so hot. Then he took me home, and surprise, my dad had left work early and I had to be straight. Teenage trauma! But I do love that song.

Then there's Fly Like an Eagle, which I wouldn't call a favorite, but I like it. I went on a double date with a friend, her boyfriend, and his friend who was a complete jerk but I didn't know it yet. My friend's boyfriend had a brand-new, shiny black '77 Ford pickup with an 8-track. He played Fly Like an Eagle over and over and over again. Later I found out my date was a jerk.
