1. I wouldn't, but sour cream could work.
too much oil if you used only butter and water.

In food that might work.. in baking it probably wouldn't

In chocolate milk it would probably be a disaster :D

5. You could, it would taste a little funny and oily.
Just remember to use not that much butter.
If you want to go the extra mile, about 1/4 to 1/8 of an egg aswell, perhaps. :shrug:
