I quit a job last August and saw someone today that told me they have 'replaced' me 6X in 8 months!
Now isn't that funny!

1. I love it!

Makes you want to call your old boss and say, "nanner, nanner, nanner!"

2. They even reduced the

parking allowance by 50% ..nano, nano!

3. I left a job many years ago

after I had been there about 7 years. I just got the "itch" and wanted a change, moved several states away. After about 5 months I decided I wasn't really happy in my new surroundings and wanted to go back. So, I called my old boss and, with fingers crossed, asked if I could come back in some capacity. His first words were "how soon can you get here?" Turns out my replacement had suffered a nervous breakdown (from dealing with him no doubt). I went back to my old job, stayed another 19 years.

4. Sweet it is, when you leave a job........

And then they want you to come back!

I had that happen....and it is the best experience (job-wise) evah!

And yes, I did go back!
