Decent is defined as a minimum of 6 inches, and it must last at least a week. Anything less than that is a tease.

4. I care

I have to shovel a big part of it. Our street curves around a corner and I'm on that corner so we have almost twice as much sidewalk- and no snowblower. Hubby does most, but I try to pick up some of it since he has back problems.

5. Still snowing in Fairfield, CT

And was snowing in Waterbury when we left a few hours ago.

Started snowing Friday morning/Thursday night, and for all intents and purposes, hasn't stopped.

And of course, the &@$%^$# state of CT hasn't bothered to plow the highways since probably early this afternoon, so we were driving through at times quite largish piles of snow.

9. Light freeze tonight

here in Southeast Louisiana, but no snow of course :-( I'm jealous. We only get snow about once every 10 years here and even then it's usually just an inch or two and it melts by the next day.
