Reminder to check out my new Internet radio station

It's called "Soul Express Radio," and it features the classic soul rhythms of the 1960s and '70s twenty-four hours a day! You can listen to it here:

1. Tell me more about this
can you get it on AM or is it only internet.

Is it live?

Where do you broadcast from - is there a regular station and is it YOURS?

Let me know the skinny.

Internet-only, I'm afraid.

<<Is it live?>>

Yes, it is.

<<Where do you broadcast from - is there a regular station and is it YOURS?>>

The "station" webcasts from the Live365 server. I rip and upload the programming from my computer using a special software program called Live365 Loader.

Hope that answers your questions!

4. Nothing but '60s and '70s R&B?
If the answer is yes, then...
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I'm not familiar with internet radio except for listing to wamc.org. Does this play 24x7? Cuz I'd like to listen at work. Also, if I sign up for VIP access does that stop pop-ups?
(BTW, enjoying Lou Rawls now :-))

5. That's right! '60s and '70s soul music 24/7, baby!

And in answer to your other questions:

<<Thank you, thank you, thank you.>>

You're welcome, you're welcome, you're welcome! :)

<<I'm not familiar with internet radio except for listing to wamc.org.>>

Great station! I listen to it in my delivery vehicle pretty much on a daily basis.

<<Does this play 24x7? Cuz I'd like to listen at work.>>

Soul Express Radio is always on the air. (Well, on the Web, actually.) So if you want to listen at work, please do!

<<Also, if I sign up for VIP access does that stop pop-ups?>>

Yes! Which is exactly why I got it. I didn't mind the audio ads, but those fucking pop-ups were driving me nuts!

Preferred membership is $4.95 a month. If you do sign up for it, would you be so kind as to click the link from the Soul Express Radio homepage at Live365? It adds to my reward points.

<<(BTW, enjoying Lou Rawls now)>>

"Love Is A Hurtin' Thing," if memory serves.

OK, time for bed....
