They can have their cruise, those big ships are called "troop-carriers" in the cruise industry...just you and several thousand of your closest friends competing for the fresh tater-tots at the steam table.

I was on a small cruise in Alaska last summer, and the captain had hilarious remarks about those big ships. "We were watching some whales breach, and a big ship was nearby, they sailed off, and then the whales really put on a show, we hollered for them to come back, but...well, I guess bingo had started!"

We can have an Akula I Class attack sub and a full compliment of Torps and an skeleton English-speaking crew to work the reactor and dangerous radioactive bits of the sub.
