NBC nightly news- Tornado story brought a tear to my eye.
They showed a home that was destroyed, all 4 people that lived there died. Then they showed the family dog standing in the debris barking and looking for any sign of his humans. I wish I had room for one more dog.
I know it sounds a bit cold but I can't change what happened to the family. It breaks my heart that such a loyal friend will probably be put down in the coming weeks. He is a classic mutt mix and appeared to be loved by his humans. Now he is on his own.
