I hate kids.
They have a gamy flavor that no amount of gravy can hide.

5. Slow cooked in a crock pot is the way to go.
The sweetness of Fennel Seed will take out that gamy taste.

but anise would do in a pinch. A good cook should know how to substitute if need be.

And if you pan fry, don't use bread crumbs as batter. Little buggers can be pretty sneaky with those.
