I wish I could be inside Chevrolet's offices
when they discover that about half of the ads in their competition have been made by DUers!

4. Eh, I bet they're having a laugh over it.
It probably breaks up the monotony of looking at all the honest attempts at armchair marketing they have to look at.

5. I'm sure they expected some of this.
We're giving them free focus group data. They now have a treasure trove of information about their negative PR problem, and the complaints and negative associations they need to combat in their future advertising.

If I were them, I'd be thrilled to see all these DU ads.

Corporations will find a way to benefit from anything.

7. Probably not.
Just a welcome secondary benefit.

I'm betting there really are a lot of people out there willing to come up with good ad idea and just give them away. They probably have a good number of decent ideas to sort through.

Isn't that a great idea? Corporations get ad ideas and focus group data and don't have to pay anyone for it. Wow. They get stuff for free.

Somehow, corporations end up being the only ones getting anything for free.

9. LOL! That is true.
And I'm sure there will be a lull, and then another rush of awesome commercials. :)
