1. Not straight, but
24 days this month.

New record for March in Kollyforniya.

Giants came home to play their final spring games tonight and got rained out after five innings. x(

2. blech. I knew I overheard that number and rain on the news...
I am sick of it. my laundry is in the garage downstairs, and the stairs are outside, so I have to wait for a break in the rain to bring up the clean stuff. It's a pain in the ass.

And I can't see the ocean as well when it rains.

pooh.

6. Angels
Which puzzles me. Traditionally, it's the Bay Bridge Series when they come home at the end of spring, but that doesn't start until tomorrow.

10. "'Of course it stops raining,' said Arthur
It was hardly an elegant refutation, but it had to be said.
'It rains ...all...the time,' raved the man, thumping the table again in time to the words.
Arthur shook his head.
'Stupid to say it rains all the time,' he said.
The man's eyebrows shot up, affronted.
'Stupid? Why's it stupid to say it rains all the time if it rains all the whole time?'
'Didn't rain yesterday.'
'Did in Darlington'"

Having been cursed in many buildings by leaky roofs and grown up in the desert climate of SD, I cannot stand rain. In Wisconsin it seemed to typically rain for three day stretches. I called it the 'Wisconsin water torture'. Drip, drip, drip the sound is always there. I usually cave after three hours "make it stop. I will talk, just please make it stop."
It's even worse when you don't own a car and there is no mass transportation. He/she who bikes in the rain, gets wet twice.

11. Yeah, I know, it's ridiculous.
I think I'm getting that SADD condition. I can't remember what it stands for but it has to do with Sun deprivation.

Yes, we are being deprived of the damn sun.

Shine needs her SUN, dammit.
