Woohoo!!! My kitchen is done!
:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

And it's PRETTY!!!! So is the chamber, and the bedroom while far from done is already incredibly blue. Maybe I WILL get the other rooms done in time for our moving in!

:woohoo:

3. Ask MissHoneychurch! I neither have a camera right now nor could I post
the pictures. MissHoneychurch is supposed to come over for coffee anyway, and she is excellent with a camera.

Hey, MissHoneychurch, did ya hear me? *smiles ingratiating*

MissHoneychurch TO THE FRONT!

I have a friend over for the weekend but Sunday about noon she'll leave again, I think, and if not I'd certainly like the two of you to meet!

You must understand, though, that even though the kitchen is pretty and there is heat and hot weater there - and I can cook coffee - the rest of the house is still a mess! And the furniture is still at the old place, but we DO have chairs :)

7. You know I am not a big coffee drinker
so that isn't really a problem for me :)

So Sunday then?

16. Yes - that's RIGHT! You went to London and I never asked how it was!
You must forgive me, I'm not doing all that well right now. I'm sure you took pictures, you must bring them, too!

17. Actually I didn't take much pics
since it was raining Saturday and we didn't do any sightseeing. I just took some pics of the guy and the film isn't full yet. So taking pics of your apt give me a good reason to fill up that film and get them developed.

I wasn't online today anyway during the day. I was in Stuttgart. A meet-up with other users of the library software we use.

4. Worked some more on the bedroom - looks about like this now:

Pure Ultramarine pigment in casein glaze. Every time I open my 10-Kilogram-Sack of Ultramarine I gasp. It's the bluest blue. BlueblueBLUE. I'd drown in it willingly.

But after two more layers of Ultramarine there will be one of Indigo to temper it a little (so the SO doesn't go nuts), and then come the golden stars at the walls and pale Moon and clouds at the ceiling. I can hardly wait. Unfortunately I'm moving with two crutches right now so progress is very slow.
