I saw The Pretenders at the House of Blues on Sunset in Los Angeles last night. Chrissie sounded great, looked good, and was in a great mood and bantering with the audience. Her band is amazing (Guitarist Adam Seymour is unbelievable)and tight. One of the best moments was when the band started to play "Stop Your Sobbing" and had to stop twice because Chrissie was playing it wrong. Adam Seymour walked over to her and showed her the chords. Also, Chrissie was wearing a very "sparkly" jacket which she referred to as a "Keith Richards jacket." She then said, "I have been compared to the great man many times. There is one big difference, though...he can play!"

4. It's funny -- while I was at the show last night, all I could think of

was "Chrissie Hynde is a goddess."

She sounded absolutely amazing.

By the way, my power lines don't have floaters but the train conductor said, "Take a break, Driver8..."
