at the bottom right side of a post? I went to help but saw nothing on explanation

1. If you click on it, you will get the URL to that individual post.

3. Okay. Maybe I didn't explain it very well.
Say I want to post a link to my previous post. I click on the permalink to that post. Cut and paste the URL here and voila!
