15. Are you sure?
If I recall correctly, it means "meet me tonight."

There was a contest to suggest lyrics for Jet Screamer's new hit song. Judy wrote some romantic blather as her contest entry. For some reason George and/or Jane decided that Judy's lyrical ambitions should be squelched, and replaced her submission with Elroy's secret code message to his school chum, which was that they should have a club meeting that evening. Jet Screamer decided that a coded message to "meet me tonight" was an ideal song subject, and awarded Judy the prize. That's how I remember it. It's been a long time.

How strange to realize that I miss Hanna/Barbera. And don't get me started on Rocky & Bullwinkle!

20. It does mean "Meet me tonight"
But the song actually goes "Eep Opp Ork Ah Ah that means I love you"

pop star "Jet Screamer" holds a contest and offers himself as first prize. Judy Jetson wants desperately to meet him and so she a writes a song for the contest. But her father George hates Jet Screamer and tampers with her song lyrics by using a funny sounding phrase "Eep Opp Ork" that his son Elroy uses to communicate in code with his friends. Luckily, Judy's song wins and Jet Screamer performs his new song "Eep Opp Ork Ah-Ah!" to rave reviews at the Swivel Lounge where his TV show is taped. Actually, the phrase "Eep Opp Ork" (per Elroy) really means "Meet Me Tonight."
