when they called Laura Bush "the first comforter" in their promo for her being on Larry King Live next Monday. That was just so absurd.

They stream news all day. If you need a TV fix, watch the NewsHour with Jim Lehrer and Now with Bill Moyers. Lehrer does kiss Rove's ass but his lips are lower down than the commercial networks.

CNN is kind of like chewing gum. It's just noise with an occasional interesting tidbit.

However, in his defense, I laughed too when the guy told the reporter that, after his tongue was bitten off, "I picked up my tongue and left."

The man went thru a terrible trauma, granted, but his comment about picking up his tongue and leaving struck me as being funny...
