Is there a clothing catalog
for middle aged marshmallow women. My wife gets these catalogs full of young slim models that the clothing looks good on, the thing is though she's too old and fat to be wearing that stuff.

6. Oh she knows it
She doesn't want to admit to being middle aged though.

10. Kind sir, let me suggest some euphemisms
Your dear wife is not too old and fat.
She is generously proportioned, a full-figured gal, or perhaps Rubenesque.
She is mature and experienced. She has stood the test of time. She is in the prime of her life. She is a woman of a certain age. She is a fine vintage.
These are just some ideas to get your creative juices flowing and help you describe your spousal unit with the flair and love she deserves.

5. I get some of my church clothes from Blair.com.
They use thin models (of course), but I'm happy with their plus sizes. I also get the Layne Bryant catalog.

9. I get Blair and Lane Bryant too.
I am a plus sized lady.

The only problem with Lane Bryant is that they say you can order from their catalog on line but when you go to search for the item number, it always comes up "not available on line!" It has happened like ten times now, and all with different items. Why say I can when I can't. It is a bit misleading.

I still buy from them though just because I like their stuff. I always end up having to call which is irrating because the sales person keeps trying to sell me a ton of stuff, I don't want, wasting my time, but what are you going to do, if you want what you saw in the catalog? Sigh!

I'd wish they'd change their policy on this.

Also Just My Size has some nice things too.

8. Thank you
I just don't know why it's such a big deal that they can't make clothing catalogs for average women, even some of the plus size catalogs I've seen go to the small side.
