Kids try to sing it all the time now, and it truly annoys me beyond belief. If you've never heard it, they just yell "CHA-CHA-CHA" after every line.

6. My AUNT used to sing it like that.
She'd call at about 6AM on the morning of our birthday and scream it into the phone. :scared:

8. I want to hurt the one who *wrote* it
How much time and thought went into that sucker? Twenty, 30 seconds, maybe?

Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday, dear __________
Happy birthday to you

I always feel like a complete idiot when singing it or having it sung to me. Can't we come up with something better?
