23. Oh, in my opinion it is the funniest sitcom ever made
It's so Irish. The only reason Channel 4 made it was because RTE were too stupid to say "yes".

On the BBC side, Men Behaving Badly is very amusing, so long as it is not the first series with Harry Enfield (actually I think that series was made by ITV). That was shit. After that they replaced Enfield with Neil Morrissey and it was great. :)
