I broke the 190 barrier this week.189.2 lbs
down from 235 lbs about 25 lbs to go.
6 months hitting the treadmill avoiding fast food and laying off the bud light.
the only six pack i am gonna touch is mine when i get one.
peace out and good luck to my fellow dimensionally challenged

4. I've been hitting the gym pretty hard since September.
Now that I've mostly switched to cardio-type workouts, I've dropped some weight and a couple inches.

6. In 12 weeks I should be
36 pounds lighter. But weight isn't really the issue. I just want to drop sizes. If I gain muscle, it will weigh more than fat. I've been running 5K's but now I've got to focus on my diet and lifting weights. Thanks and good luck to you too! :hi:

I'm trying to get back into shape as well. I quit smoking and lost a total of 10 pounds in the last two weeks. I have a long way to go.

9. I've got to. Indeed, I just spent 5 minutes on my elliptical trainer...
My legs and arms no longer feels clammy and gross, but I'm sweating out of my forehead like a pig on dope...

11. Round is a shape.
I'm short, so gaining an extra ten pounds really matters. I'm doing Weight Watcher Points to lose some holiday fat.

21. Good work! Last year...
I lost about 50 lbs (from approx. 210-215 lbs after my daughter was born to 155). Still don't consider myself exactly beach worthy, but I do the playground proud :).
