1. It's good to try new things.
I like spinach cooked but a fresh spinach salad with some bleu cheese is the best way.

2. Spinach, yes. Anyway I can get it...
I ate raw mustard greens with chicken for lunch. It tasted like sunshine.

10. Just steam it for a few minutes (don't cook to mush state)
and try a splash of red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar on it.

mmmmmm Yummy!

I have never made it though. I keep meaning to, but haven't felt ambitious enough....

or spinach rolls. One of my favorite restaurants/diners made the greatest spinach rolls.

6. Cooked in spanikopita, please!
Or with butter, salt, and pepper ;)

Otherwise, I'll stick with uncooked spinach, too.

12. add a little vinegar
It makes it taste completely different. I love spinach too! No more iceberg lettuce in salads for me!
Kale is good too.

13. Spinach can be great when cooked. Emphasis on "can be".
I just LOVE a good saag, myself.

Doesn't matter what's in it. Any meat, or paneer or alu, I don't care.
If the chef handles the spinach right, it's all good!

14. I've always liked spinach.

Even when I was a kid who didn't like many vegetables & the spinach came out of a can. I didn't know it could be raw! And I was pleasantly surprised to find better ways of cooking it.

Sag Paneer? Yum!
