use as eye drops. My daughter came home from school on Valentines Day with it and started using the silver in her eyes every 4 hours plus taking the silver orally and she only missed 2 days of school. Cleared it up pretty quick and it cleared it out of the sinuses also to where she was not miserable there either.
Sorry to hear that you have it though. I got it a few years ago, and it was miserable. I had never had it as a kid and do not wish it on anyone.
