Random acts of rebellion
I'm making a list

1. I never write my account number on my check (that will show them)
2. I never balance my checkbook (let's see them try and make me)
3. I never close cover before striking (living on the edge)

What are some of the things you do to upset the status quo or fight authority?

1. I use public toilets and piss on the seat!
No, not really, I'm not a dick, and that's just gross.

But...I use a wireless router in my dorm when I'm not supposed to, I steal bandwidth from the university's computer science building, I drink even though I'm not 21 yet, oh, and I vacuum (remember, I'm a college student).

5. I boycott all oil companies
Using a bicycle for transportation sticks it to the man. When people stop buying gas there will be no more gas wars

17. selfish nobility
I was broke when my car died 14 years ago. Using a bike was easier than replacing it at the time. Now I've just gotten used to it. I could replace it but would rather spend money on other things.

9. Never give anyone your Social Security Number
Nobody has a right to your social security number but the social security administration. Nobody can legally deny you service if you refuse to give them your social.

You want to rebel? Refuse to provide it. If they need an identification number for you, they can give you one, but refuse to provide them with your social for one.

11. Oh, I thought of another one!
When stores ask for my phone number, I tell them it's unlisted. They never know whether to argue with me.

24. Hah I just say no
Them - "Can I have your phone number?"

Me - "No."

Them - "I'm sorry?" They usually say this fairly confused, as if they were expecting numbers and their brains were ready to compute anything but numbers.

Me - "No you can't have my phone number."

Them - "Can I have your zip code."

Me - "No."

27. I support environmentally friendly businesses whenever possible
Farmers markets and small independently owned shops get the bulk of my business. Sometimes it requires spending a little more and consuming a little less. That's ok by me.
